Please send us a letter requesting a membership application. There is no membership or application fee.

The application requires that a Physical Examination be conducted by a Licensed Physician at the time of application. Your ability to perform strenuous work must be evaluated for your safety and that of other firefighters. Your personal physician may conduct the examination and sign the application.

Note that if you are applying for a Non-Firefighting position then a physical examination for firefighting purposes will be waived.  Yes we need people for administrative and support duties.

All applicants are subject to a Background Check and must be Fingerprinted in accordance with state law. Upon receipt of your application a member of the applications committee will contact you to make these arrangements.
